October 22, 2011 - At 1:20 AM Mill Creek Fire Company was dispatched to a structure fire in the 2100 block of Mitch Road in Stanton. Arriving equipment found smoke coming from a car dealership. The fire was quickly knocked down and damaged was contained to a single area of the building. There were no injuries and equipment cleared the scene within a hour of dispatch. Due to the nature of the fire the State Fire Marshal's Office and the Delaware State Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
