Age 84, passed away on January 6, 2014. Norman was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. He was retired from the State of Delaware and was a lifelong member of the Mill Creek Fire Company. Preceded by his wife of 46 years, Betty Jane Williams. Norman loved flowers and enjoyed working in the yard. He was also a fan of the Phillies. Norman was a family man and his happiest times were spent with family and friends.
