Wayne A. Steen, Sr passed away on September 26, 2001. Deputy Chief Steen was a 34 year member of Mill Creek Fire Company. A life member, he held numerous offices with the fire company along with being a member of the County and State Fire Chief's Association and the Eastern Division of the IAFC and Delaware Valley Fire Chiefs. He received the fire company's President Award in 1996.
